One of the main objectives of Bureau Veritas Oil Condition Monitoring is to establish, implement and maintain quality standards adapted to the services – research, development, analysis of lubricating oils – offered by our laboratories. Our certifications reflect this commitment to quality:
ENAC
Lubrication Management SL is accredited by ENAC-ENTIDAD NACIONAL DE ACREDITACIÓN, according to the criteria established in the UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 standard (CGA-ENAC-LEC) for testing the following fluids:
Fuels and petroleum products
- Lubricants, oils and greases
- Insulating liquids (dielectrics)
- Diesel oils
- Coolants

Quality, environment, prevention and safety are an integral part of Lubrication Management’s activities and culture, as demonstrated by the certifications according to the criteria set out in the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards issued by TUV Nord.

We are one of the few laboratories certified by nuclear power plants, which allows us to offer a high quality service to one of the most safety-critical sectors.
Nuclear Power Plant Supplier Evaluation Group

The Quality Assurance Group of Spanish Nuclear Power Plant Owners accredits Bureau Veritas Oil Condition Monitoring Laboratory as an authorised supplier in matters inherent to lubricant analysis.
Bureau Veritas Oil Condition Monitoring Laboratory has been included in the list of Suppliers of the Spanish Nuclear Power Plant Owners Quality Assurance Group as a result of the agreement reached at the last meeting of the Suppliers Evaluation Group.
TURBOMECA
Another of the most critical and relevant sectors from a safety point of view is the aeronautical sector. Our laboratory is currently certified by one of the most important companies in this sector, which allows us to offer this type of ‘oil analysis’ to the entire aeronautical sector.
The company Turbomeca, manufacturer of aeronautical turbines, has endorsed our laboratory for analysis.
EUROCOPTER
EUROCOPTER, a company specialised in aeronautics, has endorsed our laboratory for the analysis of
NORIA CORPORATION
Our laboratory has an agreement with Noria Corporation (USA), a world leader in maintenance training through oil analysis. Thus, based on Noria technology, Bureau Veritas is the exclusive training provider for Spain and Portugal.
ICML
Bureau Veritas offers the possibility to take the ICML (International Council for Machinery Lubrication) certification exams to obtain one of its certificates (MLA I, MLA II, LLA I, MLT I).
In addition to offering courses to obtain ICML certifications, our laboratory has a significant percentage of our staff with these certifications, which allows us to be at the forefront of the world in this field and, above all, allows us to have a highly qualified team, and offer the best service in OCM.
We currently have 71% of our staff with ICML certifications.

Calidad
In addition to the quality certifications mentioned above, we participate annually in different intercomparison programmes. This allows us to compare our results with other laboratories around the world.
Interlaboratory tests

Test standards
The laboratory has a system for updating its testing standards, which ensures that tests are always carried out in accordance with the latest version of these standards.
Waste management
In its desire to protect the environment, the laboratory manages all its toxic and hazardous waste through a waste manager authorised by the Government of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country.
